Rent a mobile security camera trailer for a Long Beach yard, lot, or job site and have it watching the same week. Each trailer carries its own power and cellular connection, so it works where there's no panel to tie into and no conduit to trench. Our monitoring team watches the cameras live, warns people off through the speaker, and calls the police when someone stays.

Trailer Rental vs. Hiring a Guard for a Long Beach Site
California has some of the highest security guard salaries in the country, and a guard covers one place at a time. In many cases, our video monitoring runs about a third of what a full-time onsite guard costs, and the cameras watch the whole lot at once. A trailer doesn't take breaks. It doesn't miss the back corner of the yard while it's checking a gate, and every event produces video.

What a Mobile Security Trailer Rental Covers in Long Beach
Each trailer runs on our ValleyGuard monitoring platform, which detects people and vehicles on your property and displays the live camera feed to our monitoring team. If someone is where they shouldn't be, our operators warn them through the trailer's speaker and tell them they're being recorded. If they don't leave, we call the police with real-time details. One trailer covers gates, drive lanes, storage areas, and laydown yards at once, without trenching power or putting a guard on the payroll.

Trailer Rental for Port of Long Beach Yards and Terminals
The 90810 corridor between the 405 and the port is where most of what we monitor in this area sits, and container yards, trucking terminals, and industrial lots all share the same problem: long fence lines, no power at the perimeter, and equipment parked outside overnight. A trailer covers a fence line or a back lot without an electrician and moves when the operation moves, which matters at a terminal running around the clock, where our own incident record shows as much activity at 8 AM as at 2 AM.
Vacant Buildings and Lots in Long Beach
Vacant property is the hardest thing to cover and the easiest thing to get into: no power, no staff, and often no fence worth the name. A trailer goes in without power or permits and comes out when the property sells or the build starts. Our operators watch the lot overnight, warn people off over the loudspeaker, and call the police or the fire department when someone stays.

For over 40 years, Valley Alarm has delivered reliable, cutting-edge electronic security products and services at a superior value. We serve both commercial and residential clients throughout Southern California.
Property Crime in Long Beach, CA
Long Beach has a property crime rate of about 44.23 per 1,000 residents a year, according to CrimeGrade.org(opens in new tab), and Valley Alarm's own monitoring records show what that looks like from the inside. Between January 2023 and April 2026, ValleyGuard logged 195 incidents at nine monitored properties in Long Beach and the surrounding port corridor, covering Long Beach, Carson, Wilmington, and Compton. Of those, roughly two-thirds occurred at industrial sites in the 90810 corridor between the 405 and the port. The timing runs counter to what most owners expect: 89 of the 195, or 47%, occurred during business hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, and 107, or 55%, fell on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We also serve Belmont Shore, Naples, Bixby Knolls, Alamitos Beach, California Heights, Downtown Long Beach, El Dorado Park Estates, Los Alamitos Traffic Circle, and Rancho Estates.
