You walk the rows at 7:30, and you already know. Two units up on blocks with the wheels gone, or a converter cut out of the same row you got hit in last quarter. Our car dealership video monitoring is built for that lot, with live ValleyGuard Intervention Specialists who talk to people on your property while it's happening, not after you file the report.

Four Men on the Lot at 3:54 AM. Police On Site by 3:59.
The clip on the left starts at 3:54 in the morning. Four men are moving through the rows, trying out vehicles, and nine seconds after the first detection, our Intervention Specialist is on the speakerphone, telling them to leave. Two minutes in, he has police on the phone reporting a crime in progress with live eyes on it. They set off one car alarm, failed to get into an SUV, and by 3:59, officers were on the property, and all four were running.
Catalytic Converter Thieves on the Lot at 10:33 AM. Gone by 10:34.
At this Santa Ana car auction lot. Two suspects drove onto the property in a red SUV and parked next to a white vehicle. The passenger got out and walked away while the driver got down between the vehicles and slid underneath the white vehicle in an apparent attempt to steal its catalytic converter. At 10:33:23, ValleyGuard detected the suspicious activity and our Intervention Specialist began investigating. At 10:34:13, the specialist issued a live audio warning, ordering the intruder to leave. By 10:34:36, the intruder was observed leaving the property, with no further activity reported. From initial detection to the intruder leaving, just 73 seconds passed.
One Man on the Lot at 3:19 AM. Detained by Police.
At 3:19:57 AM, ValleyGuard detected an intruder walking through a San Fernando dealership lot and began tracking him across multiple cameras. Four seconds later, the first audio warning told him to leave. He didn't. The intruder approached a white SUV and remained on the property while our Intervention Specialist continued to monitor his movements and issued additional live warnings at 3:20, 3:24, and 3:27. The specialist contacted San Fernando Police and reported the situation. Officers entered the lot and the intruder was detained.
Why Local Dealerships Choose Valley Alarm Over National Platforms
We've been a family-owned commercial security company in San Fernando since 1981. Our Intervention Specialists are US-based and UL-listed, and nothing about your lot gets watched overseas. That matters most on the night something happens. A national platform hands you a ticket number. We hand you a specialist who already knows your camera layout and which agency covers your address.
What Happens After You Call
We start with your lot, not a package. Somebody walks the property with you, or reviews your camera layout remotely if that's faster, and looks at where the losses have actually been happening. Then you get a straight answer on three things: which of your existing cameras we can use, where you're blind, what it takes to fix it, and what monitoring runs compared to what you're spending on guards now.
